It's Coutts. Not like it will affect that many people, and they'll have plenty of accounts elsewhere.
No one who banks at Coutts is going to change their bank because of this.
Or at least don't use their mobile app
Nah, get another bank. Any FI that has to encourage users not to upgrade to the latest iOS because of engineering problems has significant other issues that they are able to still hide.

Exactly this - it's a different bank for different customers with different needs.
IDK this is a giant red flag that the engineers running their infrastructure aren’t baseline competent, I wouldn’t trust these folks with my email, let alone my banking.
That said, this reeks of a contractor situation gone bad.
They just buy the new iPhone 14 Pro and use the 13 for the bank app.
