Show HN: Dynamic Island for Web

I've started building a web version of Dynamic Island. It'll be available open-sourced on NPM soon (after some polishes on code and the README).

I've changed the position a bit to make the UI unblocking, but I've respected the rest of the behavior. Any recos welcome.
