Pentagon suspends F-35 deliveries after discovering materials from China

The US embassy in Switzerland has given a guarantee that the price of the the F35 Switzerland wants to buy won't go up.

This is the crap I read in the paper. A embassy giving a non binding guarantee on a purchase of an aircraft from a private US defense contractor.

Why can't we get this down on paper and maybe make the politicians who are pushing for this aircraft stake their own assets on the line that the price won't go up?
