Stochastic Terrorism is an absolutely ridiculous concept, that no one who thought it through, rather then throwing it around as vague, general justification for censorship could take seriously.

Any act of terrorism, of politically motivated violence, can be blamed many different speech acts, through which the terrorist formed his ideology. Knowing that people commit acts of terror for all sorts of reasons, that there were for example assasination attempts against every US president - is every criticism of a president stochastic terror?

It's even more ridiculous in this context, because cloudflare protects the websites of actual, literal terrorists.
