Pretty sure is a color switching laser (cheap at ebay) over clouds/fog. 0. both footages movement resembles a trembling/random hand moving laser 1. in first footage almost no stars. when laser is reaching "clear area" near a visible star, footage is cut. why? I think is because laser will disappear at that moment. 2. second footage laser is over clouds clearly.
