0.5 watts on energy saver (boot before resume)

Standby is roughly equivalent to leaving one LED light bulb on.

The Verge claims that Energy Saver mode is the default, not standby.

It does seem like the PS4/PS5 can do more with less power. Rest Mode is under 5W and has network connectivity, automatic downloads/updates.
