Any bets on how many states pass legislation like this before companies stop with the "except CO, CA, ...." (and the other states that have passed it)?

With CA (and WA) passing it, I predict it will stop in 3, ... 2, ...

It’ll keep going as long as people tolerate it and continue to work for these exploitative organizations.
