Really?! It's almost 2012 and you're still using 'GAY' as a derogatory term.

Gay, Straight, Bisexual, Other... I doubt anyone would want to portray their sexuality to be something other than it actually is.

its from the TV show, Community. I was hoping the Senor Chang preface was enough of a clue that it was a pop/geek culture reference...

I'm assuming it was deliberately written like this for comic effect.

I got that from a lot of people, trust me it's cultural.
