We know that most companies do it... the question is: "How to avoid these companies?" ... to my knowledge, the answer would be to only deal will tiny companies... but I don't even know if that would be a viable option.

The US Constitution prohibits this activity on the part of government officials.

Literally, the main reason for the US federal government to exist is to protect our rights.

Officials using their positions to infringe on our rights must be prosecuted.

This is not the reality... the purpose of the US Government in today's market is to gain power and control everything.

This will not happen, the people ideologically supportive of this are not interested in what the constitution says.

I worry the only way out of this will be some secession.

It seems to concern attempts to shut down medical dis- and misinfo. If you bemoan that, then please hurry up and secede.

I see. So some political appointee merely has to say that it is misinformation, and they can engage in mass infringement of people's Constitutionally protected rights?

My copy of the US Constitution does not contain that clause.
