I am especially curious why progress has been so glacial, given that both sides of the aisle, at least publicly, support this program.
Why should Florida be able to take drugs from other countries? Yeah, capitalism, blah blah blah. Why not rather work with creating a less costly distribution scheme within the us? Ah yes, that would be socialism.
