Ask HN: Who is using schema driven development at work?

I have been looking at tools supporting schema driven development such as Buf and Fern and I am curious who has seen success with using schema driven development in their day to day work?

I think for the next project I work on I want to try using Buf or something similar (I like the look of dapr, too, but it's not the same thing).
