Rings of Power: What's with the Accents?

Americans wouldn't know how to rank the characters without obvious stereotypes firmly in place.

I'm reminded that Hayao Miyazaki had to fight hard to have a prince in a movie who didn't have a castle, because how would anyone know he was a prince?
