I’ve seen biographical Wikipedia pages that were eliminated for notability reasons, so I’m pretty curious about the editing behind this one.

Now that it's on the front page of HN, I imagine it'll get sorted out shortly.

The population is missing from the Wikipedia page. I assume it's at least two, but it could be more people living there.

According to the linked Atlas Obscura article, they have 31 citizens.

Do they all reside in the country?

The nostalgia critic will annexe this for real some day I'm sure.

Clickbait. To qualify as micronation you don't have to be a nation, making the headline look more interesting than it is. It just has to have someone claim it's nation.

My toilet is now a nation in the US.
