Ask HN: Best CompTIA A+ study resource?

I question the value of such certificates. Employers want to see actual experience and/or a CS degree. A profusion of worthless certifications devalued all of them. Some, like AWS and Oracle, have some value but again only in addition to real experience.

I'd like to know if companies regard the certification. I got it, didn't seem to be noticeable to employers.
