As a first step, one strategy is to build a cross-reference matrix of everything that you like, that you are good at, what jobs you enjoy, what hobbies you have, what is important to you, etc.
As an example, consider this list:
- Decent salary
- Work outside
- Great food
- Public speaking
- Physical activity
- Creativity
- Meeting new people
- Sales jobs
- Construction jobs
- Playing guitar
- Camping
- etc.
Open a spreadsheet, and make a cross-reference matrix with this list as a column on the left and a row along the top.
Then, start finding overlaps by cross-comparing entries and note the strength of the overlap in the matrix cells. You can use colors, words (small, medium, large), numbers (0-100), whatever.
When you are done, find those regions where there is the most overlap and then go from there with a finer analysis or a set of experiments to see how to exploit these overlapping interests.
I hope this helps.
