US sailors wear out sex workers

Taboo opinion and I know this would never happen but a solution in my opinion would be to legalize prostitution with at the federal level or carve out specific exceptions for the military, create a screening process, do background checks, bring on the prostitutes as civilian contractors and create a dedicated a leisure deck or leisure wing compartments. Ships medical crew perform weekly tests and verify birth control.

Optionally train up the prostitutes as medical staff in their idle time / off-shift time for bonus pay in the event the existing medical staff are overwhelmed and also giving the prostitutes a secondary career option.

Sailors that perform above and beyond the call of duty get some time on the leisure deck / leisure wing compartments. Sailors would know their behavior with the prostitutes is monitored giving the prostitutes a significantly higher level of safety. This would also give the sailors better safety from utilizing untested prostitutes in ports around the world and reduce incidents of sexually transmitted diseases and reduce hook-ups resulting in single mothers at each port.
