From your perspective, given that Thorium salt reactors are part of India's 3rd stage Nuclear plan, where is this technology in general? I assume that they're leading the pack, but I don't really know.
Its hard to find information, but based on some talks I saw a couple years ago I don't think they are close to liquid fueled reactors.
They are still working mostly on creating thorium pellets to put into reactors.
