I don't really care about his allegations. Innocent until proven guilty.
I care more about the way he runs his company:
- Minimum salary is $80k
- Unlimited time off
- Doesn't lay off people
My skeptical game theory hat tells me this is not sustainable, not scalable and not applicable to every company out there.
Even if it is, it won't be long before market forces and human stupidity, laziness and greed (both the employee and employer) force it back to equilibrium.
