Ask HN: Where to host our engineering blog?

Our small team would like to start an engineering blog.

Requirements: - we'd host on our website (blog.ourwebsite.com) - multiple writers could submit to it - looks decent - not much effort to get up and running

I've looked briefly at Substack and Medium (not sure if they work well for this?) and Ghost (which is probably great, but is $2k/year and untested for us).

Anyone have a good experience with a blogging solution for a team?
