The Military Industrial complex gives two shits on a popsicle about how many people die as long as they get to sell their weapons. Even mass shootings within schools inside US does not deter the arms industry, you really think they would care about Ukrainian/Russian lives or even a nuclear armageddon?

Pity the fools who think US is supplying the arms in Ukraine for "upholding democracy". It's more about selling arms and making sure the oil/gas well in east Ukraine is not taken over by Russia.

Seems like a timely nuclear war will stop both overpopulation and global warming and likely eliminate two ex soviet, but secretly still soviet, power centers

"Mass murder is good if it's for muh environment"

Isn’t this the opposite of the Rosling hypothesis? By the way, just my opinion, but I think you’re both disastrously wrong, and that the problems you describe are caused by central action rather than central action being the solution to it.

The real apocalypse will be us tearing each other apart as we starve to death.

Well, wouldn’t that be a solution? The only real solution will be if we eat ourselves. Better one person eat another than two starve. Scale that. In fact I think there’s an market opportunity for a product that liquifies a person into several nutrient complete meals without the stigma associated with the donner party. — seriously.
