Ask HN: How can I send .xlsx attach via email to generate img?

...(or read-only) in web app?

Nothing fancy needed. Essentially, it's a staff schedule I need to be able to update weekly.

The important part is that I would like the file to appear (generate/refresh) with each new email that is sent. Even hyperlink-list/log (i.e., list of hyperlinks reflecting each update) instead of replacing image would work.

Can Dropbox, Kicksend, or Google Docs accomodate this method?

Or if there is an app or open-source (that bypasses the need to create these staff schedules in Excel), I'm all ears.
