Oh there are way more than 10 implementations of JavaScript before we even start counting all their distributions (Bun being a distribution of JSC, etc).
Of course, but as far as general purpose runtimes go your options currently are pretty much Node, Deno, and QuickJs. Most of the other ones are for niche things like IoT or embedded systems.

If Bun gets more popular, which it seems to be, it will probably draw away a lot of people who are currently using Deno.
