OSS personal finance manager KMyMoney 5.1.3 released

This is likely the final release of the 5.x branch. The upcoming alpha release of the next-gen KMyMoney has a ton of improvements in its master branch. Anyone willing to test it and provide feedback is already welcome to try it, but bear in mind that while we are not aware of any critical issues, it should not be used in production just yet.

We're also inviting everyone interested to contribute to the project. Head to https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/wikis/home to see how to start and how to help. You don't have to be a C++/QT developer, we also appreciate translators, for example.

If you code, though, a list of some interesting junior-job tasks is here: https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/issues/?label_name%...

And if you're a serious coder, see the list of all tasks here: https://invent.kde.org/office/kmymoney/-/issues
