Ask HN: Best service to print textbook sized PDFs

I recently met a ex-professor who sent me his book in the form of a PDF. I much prefer physical print to study the material.

I often times come across papers I would like printed as well, and don't mind waiting on shipping. Owning a printer sounds like a nightmare. https://www.print-my-pdf.com looks promising but I would like to hear other people's take.
