Get me an animal psychologist, a game designer, a mechanical engineer, an orangutan and an uneducated NEET. Strand them on an island with hidden caches of various parts and materials. Delegate this crack team to design and play-test asymmetric co-op games, with reward systems that animals find exciting. The output need not necessarily be electronic games, but there's probably lots of potential there. Stream their survival efforts and development attempts for some quality TV. Once they have made a game that 1000 audience members decide to pre-order for themselves and their animal companions to play, the team can go home.
