Create new life. Label it other via technicality, harvest it for your own purposes.

To me the unique feature of humanity is the brain. Functioning brain, it gets rights. No functioning brain, it's just tissue. And they're not proposing to take it far enough along that there is a functioning brain.
Thus I have no problem with it.
How is this different from planting crops? (Assuming you don't consider agriculture "evil".)
What makes humans so special that growing a 50 day embryo, not even a person by pro-choice standards, is terrible?

Either people are unique and to be valued, or they are commodities to be bought and sold.
It's also a technology which will widen the gaps between the haves and the have-nots.
