Did the Cartwheel galaxy (and some other distant galaxies behind it) move slightly up and to the right over the time between the two snapshots?

I can't say anything about that.... If it happened it is Unobservable to me in both (hubble and webb's Cartwheel gaalxy's) image....

The galaxy, which before the collision was probably a typical spiral galaxy like the Milky Way, will probably continue to change.
