Maybe its a matter of Fedora looking ahead of the curve? Raspberry Pis, in their 4th version, are pretty close to being usable as a tiny desktop computer. Within the next generation, assuming raspberry pi specs continue to scale up (8 or 12gb ram coming on the board?), pis will be rather capable machines for desktop computing.
