What's the time window here? Can we go digging through objectionable people's posting history to get the law after them for stuff they said in 1995 on their AOL accounts? That's already valid for political shunning, but imagine the Peace and Social Justice we could realize if we can actually arrest everybody who ever said something we didn't like.
