Title is misleading, article does not actually claim that 25% of senders use crypto, just that they believe that their payment provider giving the option to use crypto is important. They may not even make use of that option, or may not even have an account with such a provider.
Also even if they do use crypto, we don’t know what percentage of total remittances (in value) that is.
