I've had a foot in the "geo-engineering is just about our only hope" camp for a while. And there are absolutely no guarantees anything we try will actually a) work b) not cause even more harm than what we're trying to prevent.
Assuming he's right, what's the rational response?
If not, at what point will people actually start changing their behaviour? Because I see no real evidence of it so far.
