'Jeopardy ' announces Mayim Bialik, Ken Jennings as official co-hosts

> "The fact is, we have so much ‘Jeopardy!’ to make, and so many plans for the future, that we always knew we would need multiple hosts for the franchise, and we are just so grateful that Mayim and Ken stepped in and stepped up to put the show in a position to succeed," Davies said in the official announcement. "And succeed it has."

That is an obvious lie, considering their original choice in Mike Richards was forced out after one day of production. It's okay to admit they are doing this to bring in a more diverse viewership, and that Mayim is better long term for the health of the Jeopardy!™ brand. They are getting more viewers than ever.

Surely a network executive would never lie about motive?

Both are very enjoyable to watch and very different. Good for them.
