Ask HN: My Telegram account was banned for unknown reasons

I sent emails to recover@telegram.org, abuse@telegram.org, DM'ed @smstelegram on Twitter, what other steps should I take? It's been two days now, still there is no news, no response. Do they have an ETA to solve such issues?
