But that's the thing: How do I approximate how much this is really worth to them?

Your argument against a friendship discount is really good, I can see why it's a bad idea. I guess the idea behind it was to try and build a reputation first and then bump up the prices after the first cple successful projects.

Regarding 20/h: Here in Germany this is actually the absolute high end of what you can get as a working student (which I am) so I thought it sounds reasonable, starting out. But ofc if you think I can charge more I'm all for it :)
