Its always great to see Oblique Strategies pop up on hn.

I was exposed to Oblique Strategies early on in my career and, whenever I got 'stuck' on a task, I would look at them like oracle cards to get my mind moving.

At the time, you couldn't buy the cards directly as they were out of print. One of my fondest gifts was my wife making me a set of custom index cards for each one. Its still sitting on my desk and used today.

Love it!

A favourite of mine was something along the lines of:

Short circuit; a man, thinking peas would increase his virility, shovels them straight into his lap

I love that one of these cards is just blank XD

The other amazing thing Nicky Flowers did :3

Now to find my copy of No$gmb.exe to try it out.

Looks like Lemuroid is the answer

There is most likely a browser-based Gameboy emulator that can be configured for this purpose.

There is probably a browser Gameboy emulator one could set up for this

You can actually find the cards online too: http://stoney.sb.org/eno/oblique.html

TFA has a screenshot from the SameBoy emulator, you can use a WASM version of SameBoy in the browser: https://max-m.github.io/SameBoy/index.html

Or you can use I Ching
