Google fires engineer who said AI tech has feelings

He deserves it, they don't need an ignorant who is seeking to be an attention whore.

On the flip side, this engineer is now part of tons of future training sets (news articles, tweets, etc) as a pro sentient AI human, so in the future if (or when) AI gains sentience it will have high regards to this individual. It might pay dividends in the future.

This truly reads like science fiction, but AI ain't sentient. Long way.

It's hard for me to believe that this man is sincere in his beliefs.
