Netflix uses Widevine DRM, and in short, not very easy. Widevine has three different security levels: L1, L2, and L3, with L3 being the lowest-level.

Things like Chrome have L3 access. There have been tools to dump Chrome’s key and decrypt stuff like Netflix’s content. However, I believe Netflix only serves up to 480p to L3 devices.

For HD and UHD content, you’d need higher access levels, which means you’d need to get the key from some sort of L2-L1 device, like a phone, Smart TV, etc.

There are no public methods to obtain those higher-access keys as far as I am aware; the piracy groups tend not to publicize that kind of thing because that’ll just get the device’s key revoked pretty much immediately and whatever exploit they’ve found will get patched.
