Tried it and it didn't seem to work. I will try it again though. Again most SO answers and articles I saw have some terrible CDATA thing going on.
W3C has a RSS validator that you can use to validate the RSS file. I also have a blog linter that cross check the consistency between the metadata from the feed and the metadata from the blog posts
Hint: very few blogs pass without warning.
