Azure has a pretty terrible product and user experience, but what may be even worse is the support. I pretty often try to report bugs that I encounter, but they ignore those and point to unhelpful documents that I've already seen. Usually, if I have a real problem, I will have to find the solution myself. One of the last support requests I raised was assigned to someone who went on a week long vacation the next day. This is what happens when the purchasing decisions are divorced from those who actually use the product - no incentive to improve on the Microsoft side (for basically all their products).
