From an Australia perspective, as one who has been to the US on 6-7 different occasions, I'll not be taking my family there. Everything from the medical system costing a fortune if you need it, gun violence, unbridled and often blind nationalism, to the attacks on women's rights now being asked about by customs agents is a disincentive to go anywhere near the country. It is, frankly, too much of a risk and not an appetising destination given the abundance of other locations largely without those issues.
Edit: downvoting my pointing out the issues, and why I choose not to spend my travel dollars and time there, is a good indicator of the blind nationalism I spoke about.
