Windows 12 may arrive in 2024 as Microsoft shakes up Windows roadmap

Yeah, I remember that. You know how Googlers get promoted by building some new communications app instead of building and fixing what's already there? I can't imagine that it's much different at Microsoft, but I'd rather them to replace Teams, not Windows.

Microsoft should just port the windows she'll to the Linux kernel. The Linux kernel these days is far superior to NT. I'd wager that hardware support these days on Linux is easier and requires less intervention. By and large most things work instantly with Linux whereas with windows you have to sit and install a driver manually or wait for auto update to annoy you for a good thirty seconds with useless information

We went back to windows 10 at office - better taskbar, few ads

I' m waiting for Windows 13. Then i can blame bad luck instead of incompetence.
