Has Elon Musk Already Ruined Twitter?

I think the structure of Twitter-the-experience is such that it pre-ruined. Far too easy to set up a bot army to propagandize, and worse. Any entity with a sizeable following could call down a dog pile on any give user, trashing their experience.

Also, the users were the product. Anyone tweeting was adding to the value of Twitter, not their own. Ad supported platforms are eventually corrupted by service to advertisers. Twitter-the-corporation hasn't gotten there, but it's clearly trending that way.
