Not to defend them, but do people use heated seats that often? I've had my car for 4 years and have never turned the heated seat on, and yes it snows in winter around here.
Obviously (or?) this subscription will never be be bought in the Middle East or tropical countries.
Don't worry. They'll be charging extra for the A/C in those countries instead.
