I don’t think there is a conspiracy here. HN more than other sites is frequented by techno-optimists, who believe humanity’s problems can be solved with technology. Those people are more likely to favor nuclear power as a technological solution to the climate crisis, and therefore more likely to post articles favoring that view. Those articles often appear on nuclear lobbying websites. What you are seeing is the natural bias of the HN audience, nothing more.
