Seems sensible. My guess is that a significant portion of Torguard’s traffic is illicit. They know this, and yet do nothing to stop it. (I know, I know, you use Torguard to connect to the charity you work for - believe me, you’re the exception)
Seems analogous to going after people who sell Saturday night specials.
