AWS Console Alternatives / Wishlist

I've been seeing a lot of people asking for a "better AWS console". Curious if anyone has seen any good alternatives to the AWS console, or has a wishlist for what they'd want to see.

My wishlist:

- help me FIND resources across regions, so I don't have dangling / forgotten resources

- show me the cost of every resource when I create it, without having to open Cost Explorer and dig through my tags properly

- 1-click SSO setup, so I can add/remove people from GSuite without worrying about their IAM equivalent

- Show me all my resources (EC2 instances etc.) across all my regions, so I don't have to check every region when I'm looking for something or in a fire-fighting situation
