Blackrock isn't just all about buyin' everyone's houses, don't you know?

Blackrock is an investment conglomerate with $7 trillion in assets, is so big that it helps stabilize the federal reserve, cannot be covered properly in the media because it owns so much of the media, boasts a revolving door employment exchange with federal employees who wield enormous power, and in fact is nearly indistinguishable from the government itself.

Executive summary: they have tendrils everywhere and are effectively impossible to oversee.

Well, it's just putting a name and face to the wallet that is buying and selling US politicians.

What can you do? Not much.

How does it affect you? Well, if you're American it means you'll have a harder time gaining obscene amounts of wealth outside of the meta system established by Blackrock and Friends. You're also more likely to be affected by any misalignment in their interests and your own.

Other than that? Same serfdom, different lord.
