Is there any relationship between pi and fractals?

I guess it depends on the fractal. By definition, the Mandelbrot set is contained within a circle.

I’m pretty sure there’s a way to cram pi into basically any natural phenomenon, if you’re determined enough. Just ask the number theorists.
