Apple lets apps in South Korea use third-party payment systems

Future regulators should take note, if you really want to make a positive impact you need to allow alternative app stores on the platform, and pre-empt some of Apple's counters.
* Apple can't charge a fee for sales in an alternative app store
* Alternative app store providers can choose whether or not to have app review (including a stricter app review process if that's what consumers want), and pick their own margins.
* The same binary should be submissible to all app stores, including without needing to change signing certificate
* It should be possible for developers to upload their apps to alternative app stores without going through apple developer certification (apps can be submitted using code signing derived from the alternative app store)
* Apps downloaded from the alternative app store can use all libraries/sdks/apis generally available on the platform, with the exception of payments / advertising.
Is this unfair to Apple? I don't think so given they currently are triple dipping here: * Revenue from selling the device
* Revenue from developer licensing
* Revenue from their cut of IAPShameful publicly done corruption. Looking at the "Corruption Perceptions Index", SK has more corruption than USA somehow.
Chaebols, that's probably how.
