This has generally been the case with Nintendo relative to Sony/Microsoft. Nintendo console are typically cheaper and geared towards a more general audience. But it may not end up that way, the switch has been out for longer than the PS5/Xbox Series X so that accounts for a decent amount of the higher cumulative sales.
